Anthony’s substantial expertise in corporate, commercial, and real estate law allows him to guide clients through complex legal landscapes with clarity and assurance.

Since becoming a member of the Ontario Bar in 2019, Anthony has been leveraging his expertise in corporate, commercial, and real estate law to effectively represent his clients. Prior to joining Robins Appleby’s Commercial Real Estate and Development group, Anthony honed his skills at another downtown law firm.

Anthony guides clients through a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. He is adept at drafting and negotiating different business venture agreements, using his detailed understanding of the law to craft agreements that are both robust and fair.

Well-versed in advising private equity funds on investment and financing matters, Anthony is equipped to handle complex legal and financial landscapes with a meticulous approach that ensures clients are always well-informed. Moreover, he offers comprehensive advice on commercial leasing transactions to both landlords and tenants, demonstrating a deep understanding of the various facets of the real estate sector.

Away from his desk, Anthony enjoys the simpler pleasures of life; spending quality time with his family, playing and watching hockey, and indulging in a round of golf now and then.
