Bio
Christina’s analytical nature allows her to deliver clear, compassionate, and detail-oriented service. She values the opportunity to help individuals and families engage in estate planning for the future, and move through the estate administration process with confidence and peace of mind.
As an associate in the Wills & Estates group, Christina provides guidance to clients navigating the complexities of estate planning and administration. She advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Continuing Powers of Attorney for Property and Powers of Attorney for Personal Care. Christina also supports clients and fiduciaries throughout the estate administration process. She is experienced in helping executors understand their roles and responsibilities when administrating an estate, including preparing probate applications, and providing legal advice relating to managing estate assets and other practical challenges that may arise. In addition, Christina has experience bringing guardianship applications before the court on behalf of incapacitated persons.
Christina serves as a member of the Ontario Chapter Committee of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Korean.
Outside of the office, Christina enjoys playing tennis and exploring new destinations as an avid traveler.
