Dylan has over four years of experience in Corporate Law, which he brings to the firm.
Dylan assists in a wide range of corporate matters, from incorporating corporations to dissolving them, handling corporate maintenance, such as correcting minute book deficiencies. Dylan also brings valuable experience in performing Corporate searches and due diligence searches.
Always eager to expand his knowledge and improve his skills, Dylan is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Corporate Law.
Outside of the office, Dylan always tries to stay active and moving and can be found on the ski hills, golf course, on the volleyball court or doing laps in the pool.
