Bio
Janet is a Law Clerk in our Business and Transaction group, and has over 20 years of experience working in Business Law.
Janet assists in corporate and tax reorganizations and closings, asset/share purchase and sale transactions, financings, and estate freezes. She also regularly conducts due diligence reviews on minute books and prepares related rectification documents. In addition, Janet assists with general corporate law matters involving incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, revivals, dissolutions, wind-ups, arrangements, domestic and foreign extra-provincial registrations and licences, professional corporations, share provisions, and preparing director and shareholder meeting materials, as well as general corporate governance matters.
Outside the office, Janet enjoys travelling and attending sporting events.
