Bio

Kathy is meticulous and prides herself on her attention to detail.

Kathy joined the Commercial Real Estate and Development group in 2021 and supports on all areas of real estate with a focus on condominium projects. With over five years of experience in residential, commercial, mortgaging, financing and condominium matters Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each project.

Prior to joining Robins Appleby, Kathy worked as a real estate law clerk for medium and large-sized law firms in the Greater Toronto Area. Kathy completed her Law Clerk Diploma at Algonquin College in 2017.

Outside of the office Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
