Bio
Known for her commitment, drive, and professionalism Kystra is a clerk in our Litigation Group which she joined in 2008. Well versed in the Rules of Civil Procedure, she assists lawyers in all facets of the litigation process including the preparation of pleadings, affidavits, and motion materials for all levels of court.
Kystra provides support on a wide spectrum of cases including banking, construction, employment, mortgage enforcement, and estates. Her expertise also includes the enforcement of judgments, undertakings, cost submissions, and appeals.
A member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, Kystra obtained a Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College and graduating with Honours, before going on to obtain an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction from York University.
Out of the office Kystra enjoys spending time with her daughter and teaching future law clerks as a contract professor at Durham College.
