Rachel joined Robins Appleby in 2019 as a legal assistant in the litigation department. Known for her commitment and professionalism, she has now taken on her new role as a litigation law clerk with the firm and has developed extensive experience across civil, commercial, employment, and estate litigation.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and an accelerated Paralegal Diploma from Seneca College. She received her Paralegal License in 2019 from the Law Society of Ontario, further strengthening her ability to assist with complex legal matters.

Rachel delivers strategic support in drafting affidavits, preparation of pleadings and motion materials, enforcing judgments, and handling mortgage enforcement proceedings.

Beyond her professional work, Rachel enjoys exploring new culinary experiences - whether experimenting with recipes at home or discovering restaurants. When she’s not indulging in her foodie side, she cherishes time spent with her Mini American Eskimo.
