Bio

Raili is the firm's Director of Administration.

Raili’s responsibilities cover a wide range of the firm’s business needs. With a strong team reporting to her and serving the needs of the firm, Raili is ultimately responsible for boardroom and hospitality services, facilities, front desk services and the overall smooth and efficient running of our office.

In addition to her role with internal business services, Raili is an active member of our Associates Committee and works with that committee to support and nurture the professional growth and development of our legal talent. Her role includes responsibility for managing the recruitment of our summer students, articling students and our associates, including the functions of onboarding and integration.

Raili is a dedicated and long standing member of our firm. She is passionate about working with our partners and associates to support our strong mentoring program and is an integral member of our Knowledge Management committee.

In addition to her leadership role at Robins Appleby, Raili is recognized as a leader in the law firm management committee. She has been an active member of TLOMA since 1993, has previously served on the Nominating Committee and has been serving on the Compensation Committee since 2021.
