Bio
Sav Persad brings more than 25 years of litigation experience to her role as a law clerk in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Her experience spans plaintiff personal injury, class actions, insurance defence and health law.
Prior to joining Robins Appleby, Sav spent more than two decades with a Toronto-based litigation boutique, where she supported complex matters through all stages of the litigation process. At Robins Appleby, her work includes mortgage enforcement matters, default judgments, affidavits of documents, motion and trial preparation, and the enforcement of orders and judgments. She also assists with title searches, demand letters and statutory notices under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, notices of attornment and sale, statements of claim, summary judgment materials, and Case Center filings. Sav is also certified in Legal Project Management.
Sav graduated with Honours from the Law Clerk Program at Herzing College and is an associate member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
Outside the office, Sav enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, volunteering in her community and working up a sweat at the gym.
