Amanda advises clients on all areas of taxation law, focusing on tax planning for family-owned and closely-held business, including tax matters arising in corporate transactions, estate and family business succession planning, and post-mortem planning.

Before joining Robins Appleby, Amanda practised tax law at a large national law firm, where her practice focused on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, as well as executive compensation. From 2017-2018, Amanda managed Osgoode Hall Law School's Career Development and Experiential Education offices.
