Jennifer's practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration.
Jennifer is known for being caring, attentive and knowledgeable, and provides comprehensive guidance to executors through all stages of estate administration, including probate applications and the preparation of estate accounting.
Jennifer was called to the bar in 2012 and prior to joining Robins Appleby LLP she worked as an associate in the wills and estates practice group of a full service Toronto law firm.
Jennifer advises clients, including owners of privately-held corporations, on structuring their estate planning to best provide for their loved ones and minimize taxes. Her services include the preparation of sophisticated wills, powers of attorney and trusts. Jennifer also has expertise in estate-related real estate sales and conveyancing.
Jennifer has earned the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Outside of the practice of law, Jennifer enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors with her family.
