As a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate and Development Group, Ladislav provides advice on all areas of commercial real estate law, with a particular focus representing institutional and private lenders, small and large developers with financings, acquisitions and sales, as well as more specialized applications and agreements.
Ladislav is experienced in negotiating contentious standstill and subordination agreements, geothermal energy agreements, joint venture agreements, crane-swing, tie-back, and limiting distance agreements which have become common requirements for many commercial transactions. Above all, Ladislav provides critical business focused thinking.
This broad expertise gives both lenders and developers comfort as Ladislav takes a project from its initial conception, to its acquisition, development, and final sales process. Ladislav provides dedicated support throughout, from general conveyancing work, to negotiating financing, preparing condominium and sales materials, completing Land Titles Absolute Upgrades, overseeing final project sales, and preparing and filing Standard Charge Terms.
Outside of the office, Ladislav has a passion for photography, cycling and strength training and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
