Overview
Leor Margulies and Ladislav Kovac, partners in the Commercial Real Estate and Developments Group of Robins Appleby LLP, represented Bank of Montréal in closing a $48M construction financing facility for the installation of high-speed telecommunications infrastructure as part of Ontario’s Accelerated High-Speed Internet Program. The financing included the negotiation of an agreement between the Ministry of Infrastructure, the borrower, and the lender to govern each party’s rights in connection with the infrastructure to be installed.
