Our Real Estate team recently completed the $36.34 million purchase of 141 fully serviced residential lots in Midhurst, Ontario, on behalf of a major GTA builder/ developer.
The transaction was led by Leor Margulies, with Darya Maltseva and Kimberley Lexovsky, and involved a complex closing for lands that had already been subdivided and serviced. With new provincial and federal HST and development charge incentives, along with hopes for greater stability in Canada-U.S. trade, the stage is set for the future construction and sale of 35- and 40-foot single-family homes.
