Real Estate Group Partner Neill Kalvin, associate Tara Welat and senior law clerk Helen Wright, acted on the acquisition and financing of the Madison Centre comprising a 23 storey Class A office complex, situated just north of the corner of Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue in Toronto, on behalf of Luxembourg based Northam Canadian Commercial Property Fund. The transaction was completed at a price of $133,500,000 on June 18, 2013. Acquisition financing of $74,000,000 was provided by Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
