Overview

Solicitors Gerald Taub Q.C. and Peggy Spadafora represented Uptown Rosemont Inc., an affiliate of Barney River Investments Limited (through an affiliate) in its purchase of a 206 unit, 18 storey condominium complex called "The Jefferson at 11 St. Joseph" located at 11 St. Joseph Street, near Yonge and Bloor Streets. The Vendor was JPI Canada St. Joseph Land Company, Inc. and the complex is operated as a residential rental building. The transaction was completed on January 12, 2007.
