Leor Margulies featured in the Toronto Star - Dozens of preconstruction homebuyers in limbo as Ontario homebuilder goes into receivership

Senior Commercial Real Estate and Development Partner Leor Margulies was recently featured in an article in the Toronto Star. Leor was asked to comment on a developing circumstance involving a builder who has gone into receivership, following their failure to finance a 108-home project in Ontario.
