Overview

BRIDGE’s biggest success was assisting the Bazis group to sell the One Bloor site to Great Gulf Homes in the fall of 2009. This was part and parcel of working with litigation counsel to fend off a hostile bid by the first mortgagee to acquire the property through a unique receivership application.
