Overview
Commencing in 1981, a Flea Market operated on Sundays at the Jane-Finch Mall. The mall was owned by the plaintiff, Brad-Jay Investments Limited (“Brad-Jay”). The defendant, Village Developments Limited (“Village”), owned a 50% interest in the mall and was the mall’s manager. Brad-Jay alleges that Flea Market revenues were misappropriated over the years up to 1999, and claims damages for loss of revenues from 1987 to 1999.
