VHGCC-14 et al. v. 2308451 Ontario Inc. et al., 2022 ONSC 707 - Successfully obtained an Order for a group of limited partners to have their claims against the general partner a proceed to arbitration following a failed golf course development project. The subsequent arbitration was completely successful as the general partner resigned and delivered all the sale proceeds to the limited partners.
