Overview

Leor Margulies of Robins, Appleby & Taub LLP acted as counsel to the Greater Toronto Home Builders’ Association in negotiating and completing its successful merger with the Urban Development Institute in September 2006. The completion of this transaction was the culmination of almost a year of negotiations and discussions between the two organizations. The merger will create an even stronger and more powerful industry voice for the development and building community in the GTA, with a membership of over 1,500 members.
