Overview

Modopoulos v. Hershberg, 2021 ONSC 2025 – Successfully dismissed an injunction which tried to restrict our clients from dealing with their property. The court agreed with us that the order sought was a mandatory order and not a prohibitive order, which is how the Plaintiff framed its motion.
