Overview
Michael Gasch, partner in our Tax & Estate Planning Group, and Charlie Kim, partner in our Business Law Group, acted for the seller on the negotiation and sale of a steel fabrication business to a publicly traded company. The transaction was completed in March 2021 at a purchase price of approximately $30 million.
