Overview
Irving Marks represented Bazis International Inc., the purchaser of a condominium development site at the prominent Toronto intersection of Yonge and Bloor defending an action brought by one of the partners of the vendor claiming damages relating to the purchase transaction. We were successful on a motion in having the action dismissed against the principal of the purchaser. The action was later dismissed against the purchaser company as well.
