Robins Appleby Welcomes Back Ishmeet S Juneja to the Firm!

We are pleased to welcome Ishmeet back to Robins Appleby as an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, following his time with the firm as a summer student and articling student.

Ishmeet is developing a broad practice focusing on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, construction and real estate, and lending disputes, where he works closely with owner-managed businesses and individuals to understand the issues at the heart of complex disputes and develop practical, effective paths forward.

Ishmeet is committed to understanding not only the legal issues his clients face, but also the business and personal considerations behind them. He brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to each matter, helping clients navigate challenging disputes with clarity and confidence.
