Robins Appleby Welcomes Back Amelia Briggs-Morris

We are pleased to announce the return of Amelia Briggs-Morris to both our Affordable and Social Housing Group and our Commercial Real Estate and Development Group.

Amelia advises municipalities, non-profit housing providers, and private developers on the development and operation of affordable and social housing projects. Her practice includes advising clients on site acquisitions, development, funding, operations, and the regulatory framework governing housing projects.

In addition to her affordable and social housing practice, Amelia advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, financing, and development. Her experience representing both public and private sector clients, as well as her international work in the housing sector, gives her a unique perspective on the evolving real estate and housing landscape, allowing her to provide practical and strategic advice tailored to her clients' needs.

Beyond her legal practice, Amelia brings a diverse background shaped by her academic, athletic, and international experiences accross three continents.
