Robins Appleby LLP is pleased to welcome Pia Hundal as a Partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Pia is a passionate advocate who has earned a reputation for being both diligent and highly knowledgeable in matters relating to estates, guardianship and trust disputes. She is known for working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and for bringing both empathy and practical insight to resolving complex disputes.

Pia’s practice focuses on estate, trust and guardianship litigation, including will challenges, will interpretation, passing of accounts applications, dependent’s support claims, power of attorney disputes, guardianship disputes, trust litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation advocacy.

Pia’s addition further strengthens the firm’s litigation team and enhances Robins Appleby’s ability to support clients navigating complex estate and trust matters.
