Overview

The Robins Appleby Business & Transactions team, led by Jonathan Zepp, with Errol Tenenbaum (Tax) and Bradley Gould, assisted Kirkor Architects & Planners, its current partners (Clifford Korman, Carlos Antunes and Brent Whitby) and its new partners (Adrienne Lee, Ali Lalmohammadi, Dickson So and Roman Pevcevicius) in the planning and implementation of the
admission of its four new partners. Employing the best strategies and techniques, the team helped the Kirkor partners optimise their business agreements and structures to implement a smooth admission of the new partners.
