Overview
TEDCO/TPLC was awarded the prestigious "Office Development of the Year" award on March 3, 2011 at the "REX" Awards given by NAIOP for the construction and leasing of the Corus Entertainment Building on East Bayfront, Toronto. The building is the first new construction in the waterfront for many years. Darrell Gold and Leor Margulies are proud and honoured to have participated in this waterfront landmark. Darrell handled the complex lease negotiations with Corus, and Leor represented TEDCO on the Construction Management Contract with Aecon and the $135M financing from the City of Toronto.
