Overview
In the spring and summer of this year, John Fox, head of the affordable housing group, and associate- Rachel Puma, acted for New Commons Development group in the acquisition of two previously for-rent apartment buildings in downtown Hamilton. The apartment buildings will now maintain long-term affordability in a key location in Hamilton nearby planned LRT corridors, with 31 affordable rental housing units (totaling approximately 80 bedrooms) for decades to come.
