He also represents banks and other lenders in connection with secured lending facilities and various loan transactions. He understands each client's business and objectives to deliver creative strategic solutions tailored to each business needs at all stages of growth. Charlie is actively involved in the Korean-Canadian community. He is a Director of KCWA Family and Social Services, an organization dedicated to serving and advocating for the interests of the Korean-Canadian community. He is also a former Director and Vice-President of the Korean Canadian Lawyers' Association.
